Bought a samsung galaxy II last week from the telstra shop

Resolved Question:

Bought a samsung galaxy II last week from the telstra shop Bribie Island, unable to get internet connectivity, went back to telstra shop this morning, telstra has checked everything out, and done everything they can, but still not internet connectivity, telstra says it's a fault with the phone, I tried ringing the 1300 364 746 # XXXXX it's out of office time, what else can I do, can I take the samsung back to the telstra shop and get it exchanged for a new handset?
