Hi, thanks for using JustAnswer.com. Please remember, I do not get paid for my time and expertise until you accept. How many wires were on the turntable motor? How many wires did you disconnect?
The wiring diagram below will show you where the wires from the HVT go. The best diagram is on page 2.
You have a red and black from the control that feeds the transformer and 3 orange or red wires coming out for the primary and secondary windings. You will need to refer to the wiring diagram on the second page of the information I sent you to make certain you install them correctly. Much can be miscommunicated in written instructions. Can you upload a picture of the transformer showing the three red (or orange) wires so I may see how it is configured?
I found my Nikon camera have to charge battery, I need your e-mail address for me to send picture
Given the potential for hazard here, I would recommend calling for service.
The U. S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) warns against do-it-yourself repairs of microwave ovens. Each year, on average, four people die from electrocution trying to repair their microwave ovens. Microwave ovens use high voltage which makes it particularly hazardous for consumers to remove the cover and touch electrical parts. The possibility for electrical shock from a microwave oven still exists even after the oven is disconnected from the power source. Should certain internal devices fail, even unplugged ovens can cause serious injury.
The Commission strongly recommends that consumers have professionals repair microwave ovens because electrical appliances can be hazardous if consumers expose live electrical parts.

Removing the cover of your microwave oven and touching an electrical part can kill you.
