hello there, remove both clamps that are keeping the motor inplace .then remove the clip to the blower
i only see one clamp holding the motor in place and have already removed that
there should be two
one on each side
i found the one in the rear but do not see another one in the front near the blower. the blower (fan part) is already removed but the case (?) that it is housed in is attached to the motor
i would assume that the second clip would be fairly easy to see
ok now is the motor loose?
no not all
whiggle the motor till it loosens up
i cannot pull it through the plastic housing to disconnect
the hardest part is going to be from pulling the shaft out of the blower.
do you have any lubricante?
ok spray on both sides of the blower
on the shaft of coures
twist the blower counter and clockwise
it will come loose
you are on the right track.
okay finally have it off
do you have any questions
dont know how to reattach the pulley one the motor is in and the belt. both were just hanging there
place it on the shaft then loop in thru the tensioner
where does the spring attached to the pulley go. was attached to the electrical wiring which I assume was wrong
right in front of the motor
on the floor of the machine?
there should be a hook that it latches onto
dont see a hook anywhere. where would it be on the motor itself?
im looking at the motor now and it may be on the front close to the pulley
look right next to the tensioner
sorry whAT IS THE TENSIONER
this part right here
do you think you got it ?
sorry to be a bother. the spring is currenlty attached to the tensioner, where does it go frm the tensioner
now just loop the belt aruond the pulley of the motor then thru the tensioner
to create tension.
does the other end of the spring attach to the bottom of the washer?
okay, great. does it matter what side the belt goes on?
yes the side with the grooves
good luck to you
