Hi, thanks for using JustAnswer.com. Please remember, I do not get paid for my time and expertise until you accept. Before you replaced the main CCU, did you verify power through the filter board, number 22 in the picture?

Okay, locate the plug marked MI3 on the CCU you replace and unplug it. Be sure you unplug the machine before disconnecting. Once unplugged, reconnect power and see if the control will power up.

Okay, the UI board is likely faulty since you have replaced the CCU. These are a nightmare to diagnose because of the multiple boards, so it is pretty much an educated guess. May I please have the serial number?
