You will have to remove the dishwasher from it's place under the counter, by removing the screws that hold it in. Remove the lower kick panel and remove the water line from the water valve and then disconnect the wiring from the silver junction box on the right and disconnect the drain hose from the sink drain pipe. Of course, before you do this, turn the water and power off to the unit. Then slide the unit out. Then on the back of the unit, there are two beige colored nuts, that are about three inches long, unscrew those and remove the wires and then you can pull the heater out from in side the tub.
