My self cleaning oven process has 'frozen'; the timer is stuck on 2 hrs 10 minutes and we want to stop the self cleaning process. How do we stop it?
Optional Information: Make: Whirlpool Model: Super Capacity 465 Already Tried: Have tried holding down the off/cancel button (gives message "E1 F5")
Hi , try turning off the breaker for a few minutes ,then resetting ..if the oven is still too hot dont try forcing anything ..that code may be popping up because you are holding the button too long ..if it resets and doesnt look let it cool down for a hour or two then turn the breaker off again for a few minutes again and then try resetting again
