Resolved Question:

We changed the igniter. Unfortunately, the only botton that does not seem to work in the panel is the start botton. Now, what can I do next? Please, advise.

are you able to set the temperature on the bottom oven at all and the start button just doesn't start it ?

Customer: replied 5 years ago.
We do not have a bottom oven, only a broiler on the bottom. It is a single oven with a broiler on the bottom. It has only one start button for all commands and right now it will not start anything. We can set the temperature higher or lower, but the start button will not engage the oven.

is this your keypad ?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.

Yes, this is my keypad. All buttons work except for start.

Where is the green accept button?

Expert:  Bryan replied 5 years ago.

you have a bad keypad and its a sealed unit, the start button is bad in it, the only way to fix the issue is replace the keypad, that is a huge expense. $355.00

guess it really did not pay off to use your service for $30 and buy a $70 part that really did not need to be changed after all! Next time we will just call a local repairman.

Lesson learned.
