Hello, and thank you for using this service. I'll be helping you with your problem today.

Is the timer advancing to the end even though the washer stops working half way through? If you advance the timer will it complete the cycle?

Customer: replied 5 years ago.

No it just stops 21minutes into 43minute cycle and she has to start again to get to finish. Unsure were it is in the cycle. Forgot to mention it is a front load washer

this is probably stopping at the drain cycle, you need to see if its draining. do you know if it is ?

Customer: replied 5 years ago.
no haven"t checked. if it is what do i do too fix it
Expert:  Bryan replied 5 years ago.
most likely either the drain pump is clogged or bad, heres a video on how to get to the pump, check it for obstructions , if none are found replace the pump, get some towels there will probably be water in this, you can order a pump at this link also. http://www.repairclinic.com/PartDetail/Drain-Pump-and-Motor/137108100/1467779?modelNumber=FAFW3511KB0#repairHelpVideoTabs

So this can happen even if the washer is only 2years old

Expert:  Bryan replied 5 years ago.
yes, sometimes you can get a coin or hairpin something like that in it and it can jam up the pump, make sure you check it good before replacing if needed.
