Installing a wolf pro 48"w x 24"D hood with 1200 CFM blower. Have a 6' run to outside. Only have a 6" by 10" area to run duct. And only have 12" clearance from top of hood to make 90 degree. Do you have the specs on the horizontal discharge kit or suggestions?ThanksJohn
Optional Information: Make: Wolf Model: XXXXXX XXXXXFM INT BLWR / WALL Already Tried: Searching Wolf website and google. The Hood model is: 482418 SS 48W 24D WALL HOOD
Hello, I will see what I can come up with.
DO YOU HAVE THE MODEL # XX THE HOOD
Sounds good. It is a short run and with the joist layout I could possibly get it into a 9" x 16" ceiling joist bay but will only have about 5" w available to access it
The Hood model is: 482418 SS 48W 24D WALL HOOD

Ok thank you I will try and get specs on the horizontal discharge kit.
Part # XX the kit is 811091
Still looking into specs.

click on lik above and download pdf file, this contains specs and installations instructions.
is this the information your were looking for?
Verticle is the only way based on that spec. What do you think the effect would be on noise and performance if I used 3-1/2 x 10 oval for the vertical rise of 12" and then once in the joist switched to a 10" round
Seems like that would work, not sure about the sound increase.
