Repairman1981 :

Most of the time these are just clogged

Repairman1981 :

I would recommend trying to clean it out before replacing the pump

Repairman1981 :

To clean out, you remove the spray arm by grabbing the center nut and turning the spray arm counter clockwise

Repairman1981 :

Then remove all 4 screws

Repairman1981 :

And then you can lift out the filter

Repairman1981 :

One more screw and you can remove the pump cover (it's a t15 not a t20)

Repairman1981 :

And then you can clean the pump impeller out, likely just by removing the filter you will see the trash starving it for air, however if not remove that final cover and you will see it

Repairman1981 :

If it's all clean then you just need to replace the pump (comes as a sump assembly) I will need your model number to find the correct part number

JACUSTOMER-snidddof- :

OK. Thanks. I did remove the 4 screws and the filter. Did not see the single screw. It is under the screen?

JACUSTOMER-snidddof- :

Are you still there?

Repairman1981 :

yes

Repairman1981 :

I'm here

Repairman1981 :

There are 4 screws holding the filter down

Repairman1981 :

The single screw is after you remove the filter

JACUSTOMER-snidddof- :

OK.

Repairman1981 :

lemme know if you have more trouble
