my GE dryer is 4 yrs old. We bought the extended coverage

Resolved Question:

my GE dryer is 4 yrs old. We bought the extended coverage through Sears ans just had a yearly checkup. My problem is that the top of the dryer is rusting. The white paint bubbles up , chips off, and rust forms. This has neverhappened to our other GE appliances. I think that GE should repair the top of the dryer.

The Sears technician said that the problem was cosmetic and it was not covered by their warranty. He said to contact GE.
