Okay so what is the issue? You can't open the freezer drawer? And you can't plug it back in I don't understand. Can you clarify that for me?

There is no lock on this freezer door, however what I think has happened is when the power went out things in the freezer defrosted to a certain extent and water dripped down between the gaskets and then when the power came back on the freezer restarted and this water is frozen keep in the door from opening, what I would suggest you try is take a hairdryer and run around the gasket until you are able to open the drawer, these refrigerators do not have locks on the freezers so it is not locked it has to be frozen, I hope this helps, thanks, Bryan
