I have a 2 year old refrigerator. we had lost power for several hours and now the unit will not cool the refrigerator or freezer.

Normal display shows temp set at and actual temp.

Press power cool and power freeze together for 15 seconds, the lights should flash during that time, tell me what happens afterward..

Unplug the unit for 5 minutes and plug it back in, to see if the computer resets itself...
