The Home Smithy :

You can get a new splash guard at any home improvement center or plumbing supply. They are pretty standard and fit all sinks except commercial sizes.
To replace it you will need to disconnect the disposal and pull it out from under the sink. The new splash guard slips over the mouth of the disposal.
I mad a video for another customer showing how to remove a garbage disposal. lease stand by and I will get you the link.

Customer:

Any recommended part numbers or places to purchase??

The Home Smithy :

Home Depot, and Lowes carry them. Just tell the plumbing department sales associate what you want. They will set you up. It is a common replacement part.
