Hi I'm John I will help you with the problem.

Open the freezer door and reach in to the back panel can you see frost on the panel and can you hear the freezer fan motor going ?

Customer: replied 5 years ago.
No fan running. But the ice maker or more so the despenser seems to be working. It has a green light.
Expert:  John replied 5 years ago.

If the fan motor isn't going thats the problem no fan the fridge side cant get cold .

Replace the fan motor it should fix the problem.

Customer: replied 5 years ago.
So you think the fan blew out for some reason during the storm? The interior light of the freezer is working but I cannot get the refrigerator side to show any power. Makes me think it might be something else.

Can you hear the compressor and the condenser fan motor going at the back.
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
No .. Nothing seems to be going. I just think it is strange that one side has power and one side does not.
Expert:  John replied 5 years ago.
So your saying the only thing working are the lights is that correct.
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
Yes on the freezer side. The refrigerator side has no power.

The fridge is in the defrost cycle look in the same control box where the thermostat is located you should see a defrost control

I will look at the model number again It may take a few minutes.
