is there any frost on the back panel inside the freezer behind the foor? is the fan in the freezer running?

okay you have a defrost problem, you will need to defrost this , take the back panel inside the freezer out and take a hair dryer and defrost all the frost from the coils, aftyer that is done plug it back in and put the panel back on , then order this. @ http://www.repairclinic.com/PartDetail/Defrost-Thermostat/WR50X122/2387?modelNumber=TFX25QRCGWW thanks Bryanits the defrost thermostat, its clipped to the top of the silver coils inside the freezer where youdefrosted, when this comes in replce it, you can order this @

yes all the cold air comes from the freezer via vents. these are clogged because of the frost. this will take care of your issue. thanks Bryan
