Hello, and thank you for using this service. I'll be helping you with your problem today.

You can't just reset the error, you must drain the water out of the washer. To do so, you need to tip the washer forward at a 45 degree angle and put a towel under the bottom. The water will drain out within about 2 minutes. You can then set the washer back up and press and hold the clear/off button for 5 seconds to turn the washer off and reset the error.
