Hi my Weber Genesis S320 grill which is just over a year old

Customer Question

Hi my Weber Genesis S320 grill which is just over a year old isn't heating above 400 degrees. I've changed the regulator and hose, changed tanks, and pin pricked the length of the burner. They ignite fine, just don't get very hot. The Sears guy who came out said my thermometer was broken, but that doesn't explain why I can't get my food to sear!

AnthonysTV :

Have you changed your Lava Rocks?

Customer :

There are no lava rocks. It's a propane grill.

AnthonysTV :

AnthonysTV :

Customer :

There are NO rocks with this grill. It always heated to 800 degrees before. Forget it. I will have someone else come over and look at it. Thanks for trying.
