I am sorry but that is not a valid model number. Please look inside of the refrigerator section for the manufacturers lable. The model number will be on it.

You may need to unplug the unit for a couple of minuets and then plug it back in to reset the main control board.

Marie, if unplugging the unit did not allow you to input the desired temperature settings into the unit then I am sorry but you have a bad main control board. As this is not an inexpensive part I recommend that you have a qualified service person come out and have a look at your refrigerator.
