My Maytag Neptune Dryer does not have a green screw for the ground wire in changing from a three prong to a four prong cord.

That's alright, you don't need a green screw. Just find a screw that goes into the shell of your dryer or "chassis". Then use that screw to tighten down the green wire from the 4 prong cord to ground the wire out.
