My matag dishwasher fills with water starts to cycle, stops then starts then stops 3 times then turns off. I noticed a good size split in the heating element so I replaced it no change.Can you help me out?:)

Hi....Bob here... I see you are having a problem with your dishwasher..How long after the cycle starts does it stop..?

From what you are explaining sounds like you have a fault in the heating circuit...If you remove the bottom kickplate..There will be a service tech sheet taped to the back side of the plate...It will show you how to run a diagnostics test to pin point the problem...If the problem I have seen this happen also with worn wiring inside the door..Check the wiring to the computer.

I will check the wiring to the computer While I was waiting for your reply I tried it in a rinse only cycle did the same thing that shouldn't involve heat right?

Correct...Sounds like you have a computer problem..Either that or a loose wire..To be sure ..Access the service manual and do a diagnostics on the unit..

alright wiring looks good to computer I noticed on the board the little" pins"? by the #R63,R62,R61,R60,R59,R57,R58,R53 & R56 looked burnt or at least darkened. Control panel, $104 am i on the right track?
