Hello. Thank you for choosing Just Answer. I will be helping you with your question today. Try turning the breaker off to the oven first for a couple minutes and then turn it back on.

The breaker was off more than 10 minutes and after turning it back on the oven door is still locked

Ok you will need to replace the door lock. This is very difficult because you have to get the locked door open. You can use a piece of card board. Slide it between the oven door and the oven on the right. Slide the card board to the left to force the latch over.
