The Home Smithy :

You should have 120 volts going to the solinoids. If you have voltage going to the solinoids and no water entering the unit then the solinoids will need to be replaced.

The Home Smithy :

120 volts going to the solinoids during the fill cycle that is.

Customer: Is there any safteys or relays that would not allow 120v to goto solenoids if not is it a safe bet that the control board has failed?
The Home Smithy :

None that I am aware of, no. If there is no voltage at the solinoids when the unit is in fill cycle then the contreol board has failed. Be sure to check all of the wireing though. A loose or corroded connection may be the problem too.

Customer: Ok thank you
