Appliance Repair Questions? Ask a Technician for Answers ASAP
Unfortunately I am very familiar with your problem.
The relay on the clock/control board has shorted and the unit will not heat again until the board is replaced.
This is a very common problem on your unit.
Is this a repair you want to do yourself?
The part number you will need isNNN-NN-NNNN When you replace it you will have to peel the sticker off of the old clock and transfer it to the new clock. It is not hard, you just want to be careful not to chip the paint.
It is number 20 in the pic below:
It is a very simple repair and your unit will work like a champ when you get it done.
Thanks for the info.
You can come back to this question even after you accept if you need help with installation.
