what the difference between stainless look and stainless

Hello, and thank you for using this service. I'll be helping you with your problem today.Stainless look is quite a bit different then actual stainless steel. Stainless steel is not magnetic and it's very shiny. The stainless steel look is less expensive, it's magnetic so you can stick magnets onto your refrigerator, and it's usually a little less shiny. From about 10 feet away you can't see the difference in appearance, but if you get closer than that, you'll see that it's sort of a "faux" stainless texture.
