GE Profile Artica Refrigerator (model #pss25mgnaww) leaks water underneath refrig portion. no noticable leaks at the waterline connections. seems to eminate from beneath the refrig, but above the base grill. any ideas?

waterline connections not leaking, back bottom plate off to inspect for leaks. was in the middle of changing a new filter

Hi, thanks for using JustAnswer.com. I suspect the drain in the freezer may be frozen and allowing the defrost water to pool in the bottom of the freezer. Over time, this pooling water will build up enough to push any new water past the freezer and run down the cabinet seams and look to be coming from all kinds of strange areas where water should not be. Look in the freezer section, do you see water frozen on the floor?

more digging. no water frozen in bottom of freezer. water is coming from opaque/white plastic coil inside refrig on the back wall towards the bottom

water sprays out at coil when water in door is used
