The dishwasher is secured to the under side of the counter top by two L brackets...You can take a long narrow screwdriver..Remove the screws at a angle from the front..Then side the unit out..To access the strike.#50...Remove or push down on the latch to open the door... also try pulling up or down on the door as you pull the door handle..no real easy way to open..most of the time you should be able to give the door a quick snap to open...Once open replace the latch..OR adjust the strike #50
