Are you able to unlock the unit by pushing the end of cycle signal button and holding it for 5 full seconds?
I pulled the manual on your unit. So you have tried holding the lock/unlock button for 3 seconds and it did not work, is that right?
Okay. The tech manual says that the control board on the unit has a short and the board is locking to protect itself. I am looking for a breakdown and part number for you. Give me a few minutes.
It is not hard. It snaps into place and you remove each wire and plug it into the new board so there is no confusion. You will have to remove the top panel to get to it. The top panel has 3 screws in the back of it that you take out. It then slides backwards and lifts off. This will give you access to the whole interior.
The part number you need is: W10179012
