Most likely your issue is you filter,if these get clogged the fill system will not be pressurized have you checked the filter?
Okay then you probably have build up in the lines in this will need to be in for service unfortunately, I'm not sure if the biulder failed to provided it but it's post have a filter from what I can see, unfortunately they don't let us have all the diagrams so I can't tell you where it's located, you will need to go to this link and contact Thermidor, just click the blue link below
