How does it run with out clothes in it ?

The less you have in it the more it will viberate .

The tub can`t balance it self with just a few item or even worst ,just one.

But that's the problem, that even though when we put a HUGE load in it, it still vibrates, and keeps moving around. We never tried to run it without any clothes whatsoever.

can you run a short load to see if it viberates or just run a spin cycle.

The washing machine, when it reaches the spin cycle, it's still vibrating and keep shaking, almost as the same one is loaded.

ok then you may have a broken shock on the unit .

You will need to pull the unit out and remove the rear panel .

and look to see if the shocks are pulled out or broken.
