Resolved Question:

I have a GE microwave oven, and the bulbs under the oven have blown out. I ordered replacement bulbs, have received them. However ,they don't seem to fit. I am unable to successfully replace them and I need a technician to install them . What do you recommend? GE model JVM1870SK04, serial no. GM901241 B. I live in Henderson,Nevada.

What do you mean they dont seem to fit?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
They won't insert into the white ceramic housing. It is an odd angle and I can't push them in !!!

Ok if you can see where them little holes are then take the bulb and easy trurn the bulb and see if you can hit the holes you will need to firmly press them into it and becareful not to squeeze to hard.If i was there i would be doing the same thing as i just now told you.
