Whirlpool double oven RBD245PDQ1 shows error code F2 E3. All buttons beep three times except the BAKE button which makes no sound. Can I fix it?

E3-F2" error code means a shorted key on the key panel. You will need to replace the control panel

The new control panel did not work. $180 wasted. I am not going to spend any more money on this oven. I am going to buy a new oven.
