How long have you had this m/w? Thanks.
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
1st viewed the house middle of December 2010, moved into the house Saturday 19th Feb 2011, so microwave is at least 2 months old, possibly older.
Expert:  william replied 5 years ago.
In other words you didnt buy this then right?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
Correct, we did not buy this microwave, it was installed in the house when we bought it.
Expert:  william replied 5 years ago.

Ok you have possibly 3 but 2 forsure. 1-being the magnetron thats what heats the food. The other being the micro door switches the other being the little motor that spins the turntable.

How is this fixed?

Do you have any m/w experience?

Sorry but since you have no m/w experience then my suggestion is to call for service all because that even with the m/w is unplugged there are components that still holds a charge of 5000-8000 volts. Even then its gonna cost you over $300.00 if not more to fix this.
