I have a maytag washer mfw9600 and we moved from one place

I have a maytag washer mfw9600 and we moved from one place to another. Now the drum seems to be off and it leaks water. What can I do to fix it?

I do believe so the gray rubber thing around it is all messed up as well.

Ok you need to check the suspension springs. To do that you need to remove the top. There are screws along the back edge remove them slide the top back a bit and lift it off. There are two springs one on each side make sure they are intact.
