Kenmore Elite, He4t... fault codes..."DL","F", and "11". Opened the filter and pulled out a large chunk of blue plastic... looks like it had threads on it.... coughing up internal organs??

ok i see that you have already cleaned out was the filter has catched ,now your problem is going to be in the drain pump

Bad order drain pump or debris in the pump?

blockage in the drain pump .

That's to the right of the filter right?

yes perhaps behind

are you able to gain access

Ok, so how does this work? Should I go and try removing the blockage and get back to you?... yes I can gain access.

okay ,once you remove the hose that comes from the pump to the tub ,thats were the blockage is going to be .
