I have a Jennair ceran cooktop. I used a cleaner on the cooktop

Customer Question

I have a Jennair ceran cooktop. I used a cleaner on the cooktop and it discolored a portion of one burner. When the burner is on, you can't see the discoloration, but when the burner is cold you can see it. Is there any secret formula to fix the problem.

Hi, my name is Farrell & I will be helping you with your problem today. In my 38 years of servicing, if the wrong compound was used on the glass, their is nothing that can restore it back to the way it was, without replacing glass cook top which is in the $4-500.00 range. Sorry, and thanks
