Normally these codes means the temperature sensor is bad, did this happen during baking?

Yes,in lower oven a tone started to sound, trying controls no responce.

turned off elect. at breaker. waited 15 mins. turned elect on. panel showed F 2.

repeded same. second time panel showed F 4
