look at the icemaker and tell me where the ejector fingers that push the ice out of the icemaker are pointing please
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
If you look at the mechanism, the fingers would be in the 1:30 position.

the module (head) is bad and it will have to be replaced and you can get it at a local appliance parts dealer near you with your model number and then it will fill and make ice ,, thanks
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
What is the module or head? How is it related to the function of filling with water?
Expert:  Appliance Tech Larry replied 6 years ago.
the module is the head of the icemaker and it runs the icemaker and sends power to the water valve to fill ,, the module cost about $85 and the complete icemaker cost about $115 so it may be for the best to just replace the icemaker itself ,, thanks

squeeze the fill tube and the rear of the icemaker that comes from the ceiling and tell me if its frozen please
