My oven door won't unlock on my Maytag Gemini after cleaning it. How can I unlock the door?
Optional Information: Make: Maytag Model: Gemini Already Tried: I have held Cancel while then pushing cook and Hold. I have also turn off the electric to the stove for several minustes and then turning the power back on. I have also tried cleaning the oven again, hoping it would unlock. Nothing seem to work.
Hello I'm Larry and thank you for using this service. I'll be helping you with your problem today.reset oven for selfclean and turn on ,,, once you hear the latch locks down then cancel the selfclean and wait 20 minutes for the latch to draw back in and open the door
I press Clean and all I get is Beep Beep. It won't let me start to clean now.
does it show a error code?

make a hook on the end of a clothes hanger, slide it in from the left side, hook onto the latch and pull back slowly and with pressuse and it should pull the latch back and open the door and then you will have to replace the latch assembly
