do you have a volt meter? can you check continuity?

the first thing to check is the door switches, # XXXXX on this diagram, you need open th control panel. there will be screws along the inside of the door. check the switches for continuity let me know.

ok , mo<st likely one of the switches has failed. also check for power to the switches.

the white wires to the control panel have not power

ok, these are neutral wires and wont have power, are you getting power to the main board?

The black wires have power
