ok sound like the valve for the ice maker isn't closing tightly and is letting water in after its full. is the door flap for the ice dispenser closing tightly?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
door closes tightly

ok well either the ice is melting slightly for some reason and sticking together or the valve is dripping water which then drops down into the bin and freezes the ice together. its one of the two. my guess because your temps are good is the valve is dripping. you may not see it though. let this make some ice and then shut the water off behind the refrigerator then check later to see if the ice isn't frozen together, if its not replace the valve. thanks, Bryan
