S.E.Thomas :

i will need a model number to know exactly what were working with. this should be found under the top or on the frame leg behind the drawer.

Customer:

ok - let me take a look

Customer:

I see: Model: CRP5300AXW, Series 10

S.E.Thomas :

ok give me one min

Customer:

alright

S.E.Thomas :

is it the top burners that wont light

Customer:

yes

Customer:

but i also think that the oven wont turn on either (it doesn't go click-click-lick)

S.E.Thomas :

i believe that this unit has all pilots not spark ignitors is that correct?

Customer:

i'm not sure

S.E.Thomas :

the pilots for the top are between each of the burners. there is one on each side in the middle. there is a tube that comes from each of the burners. the rtear one come to the front and the front one has a tube that goes to the rear. directly in the center is the piliot.

S.E.Thomas :

there is a small round ring where the pilot is. do you see it?

S.E.Thomas :

here is a pic of what you have, the pilot is directly in the center

Customer:

there is a third "pipe" along the left hand side... that is bronze color and rectangular shaped

Customer:

Customer:

This may sound like a dumb question, but are we done/

Customer:

Customer:
