Element on the GE double wall oven is not working. Help

Resolved Question:

I have a GE double wall oven Model #  JKP38GOJ3BG Serial #  F2608928G. The element on the bottom of the top oven is not working. Is this something that can be repaired or replaced?

Yes, the element definitely can be replaced. Just turn the circuit breaker off first. Below is a link to the element you'd want to order and replace.
Just turn the breaker off, open the door and remove the oven racks. There are 2 screws going into the back wall holding the element on. Remove those screws and pull the element forward carefully so that you don't pull the wires off the element terminals. Once you pull the element about 5-6 inches forward, you can disconnect the wires and install the new wires on the new element.
