Hi welcome to just answer my name is XXXXX XXXXX i will be helping you today with your problem.

Quite often when the element blows it damages the clock which controls the oven. That is what most likely happened and to fix the problem you would have to replace the clock.

The clock appears to work fine. Is there a circuit separate from the clock display that controls the oven. If the clock is the problem, what part is required to fix the problem and what is the price.

No there is not a seperate circuit the clock is the control for the oven. You would need to replace the clock you can order it at www.partselect.com this is the part # PS2375490 it is priced at 167 dollars.
