How would I see what you are asking me to do?
Expert:  Bryan replied 6 years ago.
are you saying neither oven will lite? did this happen all at once ?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
Neither oven lights and yes this happened at one time although I can not be sure as I do not use my oven a lot. I used it last about two weeks ago -over spilled the food. So tried to clean it with water. Perhaps that did something?
Expert:  Bryan replied 6 years ago.
yes you may have done something to the control or safety, let me see what it has for a safety.
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
I only ceaned the top oven so do not understand why the bottom oven does not work either.
Expert:  Bryan replied 6 years ago.
theres no safety in this that I can find so the problem ids the clock control.

when you set an oven to bake does the clock show thats the oven is on? do you hear a click (relay) kick in?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
Non of the pads work except the clock.
Expert:  Bryan replied 6 years ago.
ok so when you touch one of the button other than clock set you don't get any response? no beep either?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.

Actually the clock only displays time - I can not change the time.

The only button that does anything is the cancel button which beeps.

Expert:  Bryan replied 6 years ago.
ok. does you touch pad have a control lock button on it? is there an icon that looks like little lock lit up?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.

No control lock button that I can see.

Expert:  Bryan replied 6 years ago.
ok this means the control (clock) is bad, you will need to replace it, this comes with the touch pad and you can order this @ http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/part-number/Maytag -Parts/Range-Parts/5701M800-60/0022/664/Model-MGR6875ADW/3048/0124002?keySuffixId=NA&productTypeId=0124002&searchModelNumber=MGR6875ADW&subCompDesc=Control%20panel/top%20assembly&brandDesc=MAYTAG&modelDesc=MAYTAG-COOKING&blt=11 unfortunately this is the only fix, hope I've been helpful, thanks Bryan
