I would say, "No", but I'm not sure. It's hard to see in to the ice maker. The sound it has been making for more than 24 hours is the sound it usually makes when it's about to drop ice into the receiving ice box. It's not dropping ice and not moving at all. That's why I suspect it is stuck trying to drop ice.

You should be able to sick your finger into the ice tray and feel ice or an empty hole..
