is this a washer or a dryer?

ok then if you're sure you're getting good power to the dryer, this means that either the motor is overloading the control board and the motor needs to be replaced, or the the control board along the left side of the dryer under the top panel is faulty and would need to be replaced. The best way to determine is to remove the lower front panel and disconnect the wire harness to the motor. Run a cycle and if it still give you a PF error, you need to replace the control board, otherwise replace the motor.

When you say lower front panel how where and how does it come off?
Expert:  Tyler Z. replied 6 years ago.
it's the panel you see at the front of your dryer below the door. There are 3 screws along the bototm you need to unscrew to remove it.
