make sure the belt is not in the groove of the drum. looking from the front, the belt comes from the right side, under the motor pulley and around the right side of the idler pulley.
We have done that and we still have enough slack to put a fist under it.
all you did was changed the rollers correct?
is the spring on the idler pulley correctly.
yes, now we are trying to put it back together. We took the roller off the pulley how does it look when it is on.
