Customer Question

I have a GE wall oven Model No. JKP97G. We recently had to replace the thermostat and switch. When we finished, we had a couple of screws left over and couldn't figure out where they went. Now the panel that has the controls on it is falling off and I still can't see where the screws go to hold the panel in place. Could you tell me, or send me a diagram of where these screws go? (The oven is working fine now!)

Oh, I'm sorry. I misread your question. The model no. is JKP97G 03BG, but I think the last four digits just refer to color. The serial # XXXXX XXXXX 95971OM

JACUSTOMER-ppjpxjsh- :

ok. I have never used this service before. Am I supposed to sit at the computer and wait, or just check in on it periodically?
