I'ved tried cutting power for sevral minutes - same problem. normal way to inlock is to push heated dry button (enrgy saver). I'm thinking buttons were from left - rinse and drain, pots&pans short wash, normal, Heated dry, start, cancel. No Error code shows in display. I'm not finding Falshing door lock light issue at servicematters.com

Ok sounds like there is a button shorted on the touch pad, we can try to reset this but the buttons are different for each model. I will give you the common buttons and you will have to look to see what buttons are on your model. The reset is the following, press one button at a time.

1. HIGH TEMP SCRUB = POWER SCOUR = HIGH TEMP SCOUR = HIGH TEMP WASH

2. AIR DRY = NO HEAT DRY = ENERGY SAVER DRY = HEATED DRY

3. HIGH TEMP SCRUB = POWER SCOUR = HIGH TEMP SCOUR = HIGH TEMP WASH

4. AIR DRY = NO HEAT DRY = ENERGY SAVER DRY = HEATED DRY

Then press cancel and wait for the pump to stop running. If this does not fix the problem then a button has shorted, in this case the control panel will need to be replaced. Click HERE to order the part if needed. Mike

buttons L to R.:
Pot & pans, water mizer, china wash, quickwash, quick rinse, water heat, sani-rinse, no heat dry, delay hours, start, cancel
Expert:  Mike replied 4 years ago.
Ok the buttons you should hit are:

1. Quick Rinse

2. No heat dry

3. quick Rinse

4. No heat dry

5. Cancel.

If this fails to reset the machine replace the control board.
